By using BookWriters Press website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Publishing Services Agreement

When you engage BookWriters Press for publishing services, you enter into a binding agreement with the following provisions:

• All services are provided on a project basis with timelines and deliverables as specified in your contract
• Payment terms are net 50% upon signing contract, 50% upon completion
• You maintain ownership of your manuscript and published work
• BookWriters Press retains the right to display your published work in portfolio and marketing materials
• Cancellation within 14 days of contract signing incurs a 25% cancellation fee

3. Manuscript Submissions

By submitting a manuscript to BookWriters Press:

• You represent that you are the original author or have rights to the work
• You warrant that the manuscript does not infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights
• You understand that BookWriters Press may share your submission with relevant team members for evaluation
• You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee publication or engagement of services

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your manuscript and published work. BookWriters Press owns intellectual property related to our services, designs, and marketing materials. You grant BookWriters Press a non-exclusive right to use your published work for promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookWriters Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BookWriters Press harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your manuscript content, or your violation of any law.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use. You will not upload, post, or transmit offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

8. Changes to Terms

BookWriters Press reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
